Answer:

PE ( Potential Energy ) = Mass x Gravity x Height

Explanation:

For the first one you would do.

.28 ( mass) x 9.8 ( constant of gravity ) x .40m ( height )

So just multiply your Mass, Gravity and Height together and you will get Potential Energy

Gravity is always 9.8 m/s

Answer: To find Potential Energy just multiply the mass to accleration due to gravity which is constant (9.8 m/s²) and height or PE =mgh

.Table 1: height is 0.40m

PE1 = 1.1J

PE2= 1.5J

PE3= 1.9J

Table 2: height is 0.32m

PE1= 0.9J

PE2= 1.2 J

PE3= 1.5J

Table 3: height is 0.42m

PE1= 1.2J

PE2= 1.6 J

PE3= 1.98 J

Which bonds are formed when elements share electrons and form molecules?.
Nimfa-mama [501]

Answer:

A covalent bond

Explanation:

the atoms bond by sharing electrons. Covalent bonds usually occur between nonmetals. For example, in water (H2O) each hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O) share a pair of electrons to make a molecule of two hydrogen atoms single bonded to a single oxygen atom.

What would be the new volume if the pressure on 600 L is increased from 90.0 kPa to 150 kPa?
Liono4ka [1.6K]

Answer:

new Volume of gas=360L

Explanation:

Assume that given gas follow the ideality nature of gas

Assuming that temperature is constant;

P1 and V1 are the initial parameter of gas

and p2 and V2 are the parameter after increasing the pressure

according to boyle 's law pressure is inversly proportional to the volume at constant temperature.

P_1V_1=P_2V_2

given value of volume and gas

P1=90kPa

V1=600L

P2=150kPa

V2=?

After putting all values we get;

V2=360L

new Volume of gas=360L

At what point will the heat flow stop?
Sloan [31]

Answer: When you put a hot object in contact with a cold one it heat will flow from the warmer to the cooler. and as a result the warmer one will be usually cool down and the cooler one will usually warm up. Eventually, they will reach the same temperature and heat flow will stop.

Explanation: Hope this helps
