Many people are going through the same thing as you. At a point of life your mom is going to have to accept it because she loves you and that as a part of your life that you cannot change. Maybe try talking with your mom and tell her how you feel, let her know you feel unloved and would like some bonding time. As for relationship it is your choice in who you talk to so she should okay no part.
