Rob works for $8.00 per hour. His regular hours are 40 hours per week and he gets time-and-a-half for overtime. One week he work

So first you do 8*40= 320

Then time and a half would be 12.50 a hour from there.

12.50*10= 125

Then you simply add 320+125= 445

So Rob gets paid $445 that week.

$8.00*40=$320. This is the pay he gets each week not counting overtime. 8*1.5=12, and multiplying that by 10 you get 120. Adding this to 320 gives you a total of $440 . Hope this helps!
