Yes, i believe it will.
The reason why people goes to the cities in the first place is mostly to find more jobs available for them.
But due to the development of technology, a company could even give the job to countries outside our own with the help of online spread sheets or other type of software, which make people more likely to find work-life balance at rural areas rather than living in the cities.
