Answer:

\textbf{9 cup of trail mix require }\frac{3}{2}\textbf{ cups of almonds}

Step-by-step explanation:

\text{Megan uses }\frac{2}{3}\text{ cups of almonds to make 4 cups of trial mix}

Also, we need to calculate the number of cups of almonds needed to make 9 cups trail mix.

\text{4 cups of trail mix require }\frac{2}{3}\text{ cups of almonds}\\\\\implies \text{1 cup of trail mix require }\frac{\frac{2}{3}}{4}\text{ cups of almonds}\\\\ \implies \text{1 cup of trail mix require }\frac{2}{12}\text{ cups of almonds}\\\\ \implies \text{1 cup of trail mix require }\frac{1}{6}\text{ cups of almonds}\\\\ \implies \text{9 cup of trail mix require }\frac{1}{6}\times 9\text{ cups of almonds} \\\\ \implies\bf \textbf{9 cup of trail mix require }\frac{3}{2}\textbf{ cups of almonds}

Can someone help me with number 3 please??!!
ipn [44]
There are 2 way to solve this.

one using Pythagoras theorem and 2nd using trigonometry

so lets solve it by both

using Pythagoras theorem we know

base^2 + perpendicular^2 = hypotanes^2

6^2 + x^2 = 12^2

36 + x^2 = 144

x^2 = 144- 36 = 108

x = √(108) = √( 2×2×3×3×3)

= (2×3) √ (3) = 6 √3

so answer is option 2

bow lets use trigonometry

we know
sin theta = perpendicular / hypotanes
sin 60 = x /12
x = 12 × sin 60
we kNow sin 60 = √3/ 2
so
x = 12×√3 /2 = 6√3

Terry placed 6 numbers tiles labeled 4,7,10,11,14,21 in a box he will pick one of the number tiles from the box without looking
melisa1 [442]
Out of the 6 numbers, 3 of them are even: 4, 10, and 14. The probability that he will pick an even number is therefore 3/6 = 1/2 = .5

I WILL MARK BRAINIEST<br> I got one correct there should be about one more that’s also right
Lesechka [4]

So essentially an adjacent angle is when two angles have a common side and a common vertex.

So knowing that we can determine from the picture all the adjacent angles:

D) <2 and <3 are adjacent angles

E) <1 and <3 are adjacent angles

F) <1 and <5 are adjacent angles

I hope this helps.
