Now, 75 % of total students  = 15

or, 75% of m = 15

\implies \frac{75}{100} \times m = 15\\ \implies  m= \frac{15\times 100}{75}  = 20

or, m = 20

Hence,   total number of students in Emily’s homeroom class  = 20

Let us assume total number of students in  Santiago’s homeroom class  = k

Now, 2/3  of total students  = 12

or,2/3 of k = 12

\frac{2}{3}  \times k  = 12\\\implies k = \frac{3}{2} \times 12= 18

or, k = 18

Hence, total number of students in Santiago’s homeroom class   = 18

Now, as we know 20 > 18

⇒Students in Emily’s homeroom class > students in Santiago’s homeroom class

Hence, Emily’s homeroom class has MORE students.
