( -\frac{x}{7} )+ 4 - 3(x) \ \textgreater \  0
Solve this: \frac{x}{7}
Take the '0' from behind the equal sign in the first step
0 -  \frac{x}{7} + 4 - 3x \ \textgreater \  ?
\frac{-4(7)}{7}
-7(4) = 28 - x
\frac{28 - x}{7} - 3(x0 \ \textgreater \ ?
\frac{3(x)}{7}
Your inequality plot would be: -3.143 (4.0) \ \textless \  0
We have One Solution in this problem
Your answer would be: x\ \textless \ \frac{14}{11}  if we added \frac{14}{11} both sides of the inequality plot

Side Note: You don't have to do this method to solve inequalities, you can do whatever helps you out more

So, you're correct with your answer as C.

\dfrac{-x}{7}+4\geq3x\\
-x+28\geq21x\\
22x\leq28\\
x\leq\dfrac{28}{22}\\
x\leq\dfrac{14}{11}

What is the distance between (4,0) and (-6,1)
babymother [125]

Answer:

d = \sqrt{(101)}

Step-by-step explanation:

The two points A(4,0) and B(-6,1) lie on a plane and form a line. Thus, to calculate distance between two points, we can use the distance formula of line.

The distance formula for points (x_1,x_2) and (y_1,y_2) is given as follows:

d = \sqrt{(x_{2}- x_{1})^2 + {(y_{2}- y_{1})^2}.

According to the question:

(x_1) = 4

(y_1) = 0

(x_2) = -6

(y_2) = 1.

Substituting the values of terms into the equation we get:

d = \sqrt{(-6- 4)^2 + {(1-0 )^2}

d = \sqrt{(-10)^2 + {(1)^2}

d = \sqrt{(100 + 1)}

d = \sqrt{(101)} which is the required answer

Which of the following is the equation written in logarithmic form?
BaLLatris [955]

Given the expression b^{3c+1}=5a-d.

Take a logarithm \log_b from both side of the given expression:

\log_b b^{3c+1}=\log_b (5a-d).

From the property \log_a a^x=x, you have that

\log_b b^{3c+1}=3c+1.

Then

3c+1=\log_b (5a-d).
