2. I feel like teens should worry about cardiovascular endurance. They should worry about this the most so they can have more endurance and can go through more stress.

Relationships must be maintained. because if their not maintained it could turn into a bad relation ship that could mentally and physically hurt yourself or be hurted. and that takes work from each partner or friends whatever relationship it is.
There are several ways to burn fat not all of them are the easiest way possible but heres some ideas :)
-Drink lots and lots of water
-Green tea
-Exercise daily (to keep your metabolism going faster)
-Lemon water helps flush out your system
-Chai or flax seeds (be careful with those)
