When performing chest compression for babies, the preferred technique should be one cycle of 3 compression and 1 ventilation should take approximately 2 seconds or 1/3 the anterior-posterior diameter of the chest.
While doing the 2-finger technique for chest compression, the second hand must support the back of the baby and the compression chanting must be One-and-Two-and-Three-and-Breath.
Moreover, the compression to ventilation ratio in one minute for newborn is 90 compressions: 30 ventilations.
B. Talk to a trusted adult!
They have more experience and would know what to do before things got out of hand!
(Edit): Forgive me, I did not see the part where it said to choose three
For number 3 the answer is prevent blood from pooling. for number 4 it is all of these. for number 5 it is the first one: complete a self assessment... and number 6 is stressor. for number 2 I was not 100% sure though it would be between oxygen or muscle to bone.
