1. I think natural selections among the animals are base on their ways or their role in the food chain whether they are predator or a prey. Natural selection is the one you will judge if you are gonna leave or die but it doeasnt mean that here is no way of survival. I think there role in the chain mold them and taught them on how to survive in the wild.

2. The best example of it is when and infant started to grow, so an infant baby's center of sensation is their mouth, if they don't like the taste of it they throw it away until the developments are on the process, they begin to walk then to speak.

3.The behavior of an animal like for example the wolves, they use to be in pact to hunts prey so that they could sure the possible outcome in hunting base on that fact, if a wolf will hunt for its self in a group and fast running dears without a plan the possibility is that the wolf will never catch one

You observed many sand hill cranes on your walk. Two sand hill cranes flapped their wings and hopped up and down when you walked
Anarel [89]

Answer:

This question lacks options, the options are:

A) symbiosis

B) ecosystem

C) community

D) population

E) biosphere

The answer is D) Population

Explanation:

Living organisms in an ecosystem are usually found in numbers living together in a given area. This is termed POPULATION in ecology. A population refers to the group of living organisms that belongs to the same species living together in the same habitat and have the ability to interbreed i.e. mate and reproduce with one another.

This is the case in this question where many sandhill cranes (large flying birds) were observed in a particular area, which represented their habitat. Asides the group of sandhill cranes living together, they were also observed to be interbreeding. This was evident in the observation of two sandhill cranes hopping up and down around their bright orange baby. This shows that members of the population are capable of mating and reproducing fertile offsprings.

This observation completes what a POPULATION is all about, hence, a population was observed.

The Vocabulary of Nutrition for Children, Adolescents, and Older Adults
mario62 [17]

Answer:

1. Picky eating; food jag

2. epiphyseal plates

3. bone mineral density (BMD)

4. obesity

5. food insecurity

6. life expectancy

7. arthritis

8. congregate meal

Explanation:

Picky eating is a behavior in early childhood when they refuse to eat certain foods and only want the same foods, while food jag is when a child only eats a small group of foods, meal after meal. The epiphyseal plate is a specialized layer of hyaline cartilage where chondrocytes (i.e., the only cells found in healthy cartilage) proliferate and differentiate during longitudinal bone growth. Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints caused by different reasons (e.g., injury, genetic causes, infections, immune system dysfunction, etc), whose risk increases with age. Bone mineral density (also known as bone density), is the amount of mineral in bone tissues, being the best manner to measure bone health. Obesity can be defined as an excessive amount of body fat that presents a risk to health. Over the past 30 years, the prevalence of obesity has doubled in children and tripled in adolescents, representing a serious health problem (especially in developed countries). Moreover, food insecurity is a social condition of limited access to food for individuals in a household to live an active, healthy life, which can be used as a metric of how many people cannot afford food. Life expectancy is an estimation of the number of years a person can expect to live in a given country/region. Life expectancy around the world has increased for nearly 200 years especially due to medical progress and access to food. Finally, a congregate meal refers to a healthy meal provided to anyone age 60 or over that encourages older adults' social connections with other persons at the meal sites.
