The right answer is medical (or medicinal).

Some patients are more fragile and will be more easily susceptible to nosocomial infections: elderly patients and newborns, immuno-depressed patients (who have diseases or treatments affecting their defense system such as chemotherapy), burn victims, diabetic patients, patients undergoing antibiotic treatment (which can unbalance the bacterial flora usually present and select resistant bacteria ...).

Invasive procedures such as perfusion, urinary catheters, artificial ventilation or surgery, although necessary for treatment, will also contribute to nosocomial infections.

Wittaler [7]

The minimum hot holding temperature requirements for chicken strips is 165°F

Explanation:

A proper temperature is required for foods to be kept safe. Always in stored foods bacteria tend to appear and rapidly multiply making the food hazardous. So a particular temperature is required to prevent the bacteria from proliferating.

It becomes inedible if too much of heat is added to it. The minimum holding temperature required for the chicken strips is 165 °F. The internal temperature to reach 165 °F has to have the external temperature high outside.

goblinko [34]
In my experiences of cooking u should always i mean always sanitize your cooking tools and cooking work place before u do anything and after words.Because if u dont them that raw meat can get salmonella, along with many other diseases which can make u sick or in extreme cases kill you.

so the answer is always before and after you've cut the bird/poultry.
