I’d say South Korea because most of the country is the same ethnicity, practices the same religion, and speaks the same language.

There are three basics requirements for a country to be legitimate:
- It has Citizens
- It has Governments
- It has acknowledgment from other countries
If these requirements are not fulfilled, the status of that country will be regarded as self-proclaimed</span>
