Keeping in mind that the Triple Entente was formed between France, Russia, and Britain in 1907 (all of them considered as powerful European countries); from Germany's perspective, this alliance represented a real threat to their existence and power in the region. And that's why Germany felt in danger and was so worried by the fact that this powerful alliance surrounding them could attack and cause them huge damage.
