Fats- These help stockpile nutrients and store them for energy

Water- This is probably the most important thing for your body because it helps cool down your body and is needed to help digest your food.

Proteins- Proteins are needed for the structure and protection of the body's tissues and organs.

Carbohydrates- These are your body's main source of energy. They help fuel every single function of your body.

Vitamins- Along with Minerals, these help support your immune system and help with your growth and development.

Minerals- Along with Vitamins, these help with your body growth and development.

Hope this helps!!
