There are many different principles that she could have based her routine on. Since it doesn't state that she wants to get better in a particular sport it can be concluded that specificity is not the principle she based her new regime on. Since she is planning how much to work out, how often and how hard the principle used is individuality. In this priciple, you use your desire to get better on one particular thing to develop a plan on doing so.
