1.Water covers 70 percent of the earth's surface and supports life on the Earth. Explain the statement 2.Why do we need to manag
torisob [31]

Explanation:

Water is extremely valuable to all living things. It is especially important for plants to perform photosynthesis which is one of the smallest most valuable biochemical mechanisms known to life, in addition, plants are the main source of nutrients for many creatures. Without photosynthesis, plants would not be able to produce oxygen. In addition, plants are classified as producers, the most basic level of the flow of energy in every ecosystem and are the main reason energy from the sun can then be converted into usable energy for primary consumers, secondary consumers, and tertiary consumers. For humans, water is extremely important to keeping our bodies in homeostasis while the billions of chemical reactions take place in our bodies in just minutes. A human can not live without water for more than three to four days. If there was a deficiency of water both plants, animals, and humans would be greatly affected. Without water, plants would not grow, so no conversion CO2 to 02 and harnessing energy from the sun. Next animals that depend on both water and plants would have a decrease in population. Followed by the depletion of all else consumers. You remove a resource this valuable and there is no coming back.

Answer:

"influencing people to choose what is in their best interest."

Explanation:

Thaler and Sunstein (2003) coined the term "libertarian paternalism.", the best definition to capture the essence of this term would be "influencing people to choose what is in their best interest." This is due to the fact that the principle  idea behind this is that it is both possible and legitimate for private and public institutions to influence individual's behavior but at the same time maintain and not interfere with those same individual's freedom of choice
