Sam is a student in Dr. Arthur's Principles of Management course, in which team projects are assigned. In addition to his full-t

ime course load, Sam also works 30 hours a week so that he does not have to borrow money for tuition, books, and living expenses. Sam likes courses with group projects because he knows he can team up with good students who will work hard on the projects. He will undoubtedly miss some of his group's out-of-class meetings. Can someone please do this question for me
WINSTONCH [101]
Macronutrients: a type of food (e.g. fat, protein, carbohydrate) required in large amounts in the diet.
There are three types of macronutrients. Carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. This man mainly eats carbohydrates, which is problematic because while they are an amazing energy source, too much will continue to build up and be stored as fat without a proper exercise to get rid of the energy. One way to improve his diet would be to reduce his carbohydrates intake by half, and double his vegetable intake.
