In the table given, it is assured then that Y should be less than 1 to cater other variables and sum up to 1 eventually. The least likely should be 0.69 since it would require much to compensate for 0.01 and 0.25 already. if this is so, then the sum of all these numbers in suppose is already greater than 1. The answer is C.

0.69 would be the correct answer. Its the only one that is similar in value to the number next to it on the table, 0.68.

So it will be
x+2 = 180- x+3 
                         move x over from the right to the left
2x+2 = 183
                         move 2 over from the left to the right
2x = 181
                          divide by 2
x= 90.5

and angle 3 and angle 1 are vertical angles so they are congruent.  Using the angle 3 formula to solve for the answer:

90.5+3 =93.5

When angles are congruent, their measures are congruent, therefore, measure of angle 1 is 93.5
