This is really easy, because 8m is 200% you have to divide it in half to figure out the 100% which is 4... now you have to find the 75%. all you have to do is divide 4 by 25% which is 3.

I think you can draw two of them.

As you walk around the triangle in the clockwise direction,
you can run into the sides in the order of

                 3  ==>  4  ==>  1

or in the order of

                 3  ==>  1  ==>  4 .

Those are mirror images of each other.  So they're not congruent,
