In responding to the client, it is best to have the factual information to be accompanied by emotional support. It is a way of saying that you understand the feelings of the client though there are other alternative and methods in order to urinate even if the bladder is removed. The nurse should say that he or she knows that the client is upset regarding the matter but removing the bladder has alternatives in order for the client to urinate.
the cardiovascular system is important in many ways but the most plain fact is that well it might come as a surprise but it keeps you alive . the cardiovascular system including the heart,and blood vessels are very important physically and mentally . you heart physically pumps blood and if you sit back to think about it its a beautiful thing ,this lump of meat you have never seen is keeping you alive its the engine to the machine you call your body .mentally and spiritually ,your heart/soul is what makes you human ,it gives you your humanity
