  3. Level 3: This level contains flexibility and strength activities that are performed two to four days a week. The exercises like yoga, stretching, gymnastics, resistance training, and wall climbing, come under this level.
  4. Level 4: Sedentary time decrease in this level such as playing, using a computer, watching TV, games, and surfing the internet.

The person J should not go for extreme exercise because it makes her under higher risk of injuries like muscle strain, ligament injury and ankle sprain. The brisk walking helps him to improve his fitness.

Even if you do not have any sicknesses it is helpful to wear a mask so you do not. The type of material in a mask is important as well. If it may have a vent or something of the sort of in it, air and mucus can still get into the mask. One more reason you should wear a mask is that it could save you’re life.
