Answer:

The Good Samaritan's law is rendering help to someone who is not in anyway a relation of yours. In providing first aid or CPR to an unconscious adult, you will raise the head of the adult. In case there is difficulty in breathing press the chest for breathing. Do not allow the the victim to be surrounded by crowd. There should airways to allow for oxygen to reach him.

You can then take him for treatment at the hospital or clinic
