C is incorrect because the patient is overweight and would not to eat more. B is incorrect because one serving of fruit each week wouldn't help because fruit doesn't magically make you lose weight, you would need exercise. A is incorrect because a workout plan does nothing without proper eating habits. If he is overweight he would need to lose it by doing exercise but also eating the correct way.
