Answer:

CHECK EXPLANATION.

Explanation:

A PROTECTIVE ORDER is also known as a restraining order. A protective order or a restraining is an order that is given by court in order to protect individual citizens and organization bodies against domestic abuse, violence and so on. For example a restraining order can be given to someone stalking you or harrasing you or abusing you, if you take them to court that is to say if you sue them.

When a person violates the protective order(note that the violation has to occur prior to the 1st of July, 2005 for it to have a criminal consequence) and it is necessary to verify a protective order before arresting an individual named in the injunction for a violation of the directive, the officer in charge is REQUIRED TO STAY AND WAIT TO VERIFY WHETHER THE VIOLATION TOOK PLACE/OCCURED OR NOT AND ALSO TO PREVENT ANY OTHER VIOLATIONS.
