You should draw these simple Punnett Squares as it's easy to see the answers:

1. Crossing RR x Rr results in all (100%) red cow offspring. 50% will be RR (homozygous dominant), 50% will be Rr (heterozygous).

2. Crossing Rr x Rr results in 3 red offspring (75%) and 1 white (25%). Genotypes though will be 25% RR, 50% Rr, and 25% rr.

3. Crossing rr x rr will result in 100% white offspring. All offspring will be rr.

Answer:

a) First cross is between a a homozygous red bull (RR) and a heterozygous red cow (Rr)

This shows that "Red" color is a dominant trait

So the cross between Rr and RR is

R R

R RR RR

r Rr Rr

Genotypic ratio: RR : Rr = 2 : 2 = 1: 1

Phenotypic ratio: homozygous red bull (RR) : heterozygous red cow (Rr) = 2:2 = 1: 1

b) Cross between a heterozygous red bull (Rr) and a heterozygous red cow (Rr)

R r

R RR Rr

r Rr rr

Genotypic ratio: RR : Rr:rr = 1:2:1

Phenotypic ratio: homozygous red bull (RR) : heterozygous red cow (Rr) : homozygous white bull (rr) = 1: 2: 1

c) Cross between a homozygous white bull (rr) and a homozygous white cow (rr)

Xr Yr

Xr Xr Xr Xr Yr

Xr Xr Xr Xr Yr

Genotypic ratio: Xr Xr: Xr Yr = 2: 2 = 1: 1

Phenotypic ratio: homozygous white cow (Xr Yr ) : heterozygous white bull (Xr Yr ) = 2: 2 = 1: 1

Explanation:

a) First cross is between a a homozygous red bull (RR) and a heterozygous red cow (Rr)

is the division of the nervous system that innervates the digestive tract, and ___________ is also called autonomic nervous syst
Nutka1998 [239]

Enteric nervous system is the division of the nervous system that innervates the digestive tract, and vegetative nervous system is also called autonomic nervous system.

 • The peripheral nervous system's autonomic nervous system controls physiological functions that are carried out automatically, such as digestion, blood pressure, respiration, and sexual desire.
 • There are three physically separate divisions in it: enteric, parasympathetic, and sympathetic.
 • The enteric nervous system (ENS), a partially autonomous component of the nervous system, is made up of a number of neuronal circuits that regulate immunological and endocrine activity as well as motor and local blood flow.
 • The enteric nervous system, which makes up the third division of the autonomic system, is made up of a number of neurons that are integrated into the gastrointestinal tract's and its derivatives' wall.
 • This system regulates the secretion and motility of the digestive tract.

The current maternal blood-screening test is called the triple screen because:
Tasya [4]

The current maternal blood-screening test is also known as the triple screen test because of the testing of the three substances in the blood of a pregnant woman. These three tested components are the hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin), AFP (Alpha-feto protein), and the estriol.

For the purpose of this triple screen test, the blood is drawn for the expectant mother and then this drawn blood is tested for the listed three components.

Hence, the correct answer is 'it tests for three substances in the maternal blood'.
