You first need to get x on one side, so you first subtract 35 from both sides, and you get
-4x < 2
then you divide by -4 on both sides, so you get
x < -0.5
(i hope this is correct)

To make it easier, right in  an equation: 35-4x<2.
Then -35 from both sides so that it will cancel out: 35-35-4x<2-35
Simplify: -4x<-33
Then divide by -4 so that it will cancel out: -4x/-4<-33/-4
Simplify: x<8.25

Linear Functions <br> 7g+3g-10+3=43<br> Step by step solution? <br> Thankss!❤️
Ivahew [28]
7g + 3g - 10 + 3 = 43

(first combine likes terms)

10g - 7 = 43

(then add 7 to both sides)

10g - 7 = 43
        +7    +7

10g = 50

(then divide by 10 to get what g is equal to)

10g = 50
/10     /10

g = 5

The equation F equals 9/5C + 32 relates temperature measured in degrees Celsius, C, to degrees F, Fahrenheit. Determine whether
muminat

Answer: There is none.

Step-by-step explanation:

There is no proportional relationship between Celsius and Fahrenheit because for a proportional relationship to exist, the two variables need to have an equivalent ratio between them which would ensure that their values vary constantly when they are either divided or multiplied.

In other words, only the arithmetic operations of multiplication and division should be present. In the above there is an additive operation which renders the two variables being Fahrenheit and Celsius, non-proportional.

Please help me!
Zigmanuir [339]

Answer:

s = 14

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Combine like terms.

  • (\frac{2}{3}s + \frac{5}{6}s) = 21
  • (\frac{4}{6}s + \frac{5}{6}s) = 21
  • \frac{9}{6}s = 21
  • \frac{3}{2}s=21

Step 2: Multiply both sides by 2/3.

  • \frac{3}{2}s * \frac{2}{3} = 21 * \frac{2}{3}
  • s = \frac{42}{3}
  • s = 14

100 cups of gasoline during a drive. he paid $3.12 per gallon for gas. How much did the gas cost?
Vanyuwa [196]
There are 16 cups in a gallon. Divide 100 into 16 to get 6.25. You now just multiply 3.12 by 6.25 to get 19.5. Your answer is $19.50.

hope this helps!
