chemical gradient is defined as the a gradient appearance by the dissimilarity in concentration of a certain type of solute in an universal solvent take examples like salt in water.

electrical gradient is defined as the disparity between the electrical potential of a given solute in an universal solvent. fundamentally, if the chemical that establishes the chemical gradient is electrically charged. Then the diversity in the charge over the barrier will produce an electrical gradient

hope it helps

iragen [17]

Answer:

What is your question?

High School Chemistry 10+5 pts

Water molecules are _____polar_______ because the hydrogen atoms are positively charged on one end and the oxygen atoms are negatively charged on one end. Molecules that are _____nonpolar_______ share electrons equally. Sodium chloride (NaCl) is an example of a ______polar______ molecule because it is soluble in water. Molecules that are _____nonpolar_______ are insoluble in water. It is ______false______ that most molecules formed with nonpolar bonds dissolve easily in water.

Bobby found that water has a high boiling point and concluded this was because water intermolecular forces. Based on the data, i
Art [367]

Yes, Bobby is correct

Explanation:

Anomalously high boiling point of water is as a result of the intermolecular forces between the molecules of water.

The intermolecular forces found in water are the very strong hydrogen bonds. The bulk of the physical properties of matter are due to the intermolecular forces that they possess.

 • Hydrogen bonds are stronger than van der waals forces and they are more effective in binding molecules together into larger units.
 • Substances whose molecules join via hydrogen bonds have higher boiling points i.e lower volatility than those with van der waals forces.
 • Hydrogen bond is actually an electrostatic attraction between hydrogen atom of none molecule and the electronegative atom(O or N or F) of a neighboring molecule.

Oxygen decays to form nitrogen.
tatyana61 [14]

Answer:

Radioactive isotopes ranging from 11O to 26O have also been characterized, all short-lived. The longest-lived radioisotope is 15O with a half-life of 122.24 seconds, while the shortest-lived isotope is 12O with a half-life of 580(30)×10−24 seconds (the half-life of the unbound 11O is still unknown).
