Answer: Regionalism: love and interest for the state, religion, language, etc. It does have  autonomous power like federal system or federalism.

Federalism: The system in which a country is divided into states or provinces with autonomous power. Each divided state or province has it autonomous power.

Typically Regionalist aim for increasing the political power of people in the region, while federalist want the political power to be spread out and not pin-pointed in a particular area. Regionalists also prefer confederations over a unitary nation states with strong central governments.
