What I’m doing to support my health is getting enough sleep (8hrs) each night.
Sleep is important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day. Getting a good rest may also help prevent excess weight gain, heart disease, and increased illness duration.

so i would say c or d however B can be okay but all depends on your mass, height, and health conditions
