Answer: "I should position the baby the same way for each feeding."

Explanation:

Primiparous is a woman who has given birth to a child for the first time. The nipple soreness may occur when the milk leaks out from the breast without sucking. This may occur due to many reasons like poor breastfeeding latch, the infection in breast and maybe because of improper use of breast pump. This can lead to low breast milk supply to the fetus or weaning may occur.

The primiparous mother is expected to change the position for breastfeeding each time so that optimum position is achieved. Every time the same position and angle will not lead to efficient breastfeeding thus alignment is a must.

*PLEASE HELP*
Gwar [14]

Answer:

Coronary heart disease

Explanation:

Hi, i'm not completely sure I understand the question that you are asking. If you are asking for a medical condition that affects blood flow in the heart - Coronary heart disease.

This puts an increased strain on the heart, and can lead to: angina – chest pain caused by restricted blood flow to the heart muscle, heart attacks – where the blood flow to the heart muscle is suddenly blocked., heart failure – where the heart is unable to pump blood around the body properly. Which if untreated can lead to death.

I have posted the link to the NHS website with some great info on it.
