D. They all are a factor to dealing with stress. You might be self concious about your weight and that'll cause stress. If you are depressed then that will have more stress built up. If you don't have many friends or any at all then your social life would be an outcast from everyone and that'd cause even more selfconciousness, adding on even more stress.
