Phenotype for LL would be the dominant trait shape for the ear. Phenotype for Li would also be the dominant trait shape. Then for ii the phenotype would be the recessive option. The probability for LL is 50% probability for Li is also 50% and for ii it would be 0% based off what you have shown.
