Answer:

A. liable to Will only if the company was grossly negligent

Explanation:

<em>Astor Manufacturing cannot be strictly responsible for Will's injuries since the cause of the accident was the earthquake</em> (C), not because of a company error.

Although the company fulfilled its duty to have the equipment to ensure that the chemicals didn´t explode,<em> it could become responsible so they actually exploded</em> (B)

In the fragment <u>"Jason" is never mentioned as someone who has voluntarily assumed the risk of injury</u>, option (D) makes no sense like an answer.

Therefore, Astor Manufacturing would be liable to Will only if the company had been seriously negligent. This was not the case, <em>but it should also be investigated why the latest generation equipment did not prevent chemicals from exploding.</em>

You compare the average bicycle fatalities in states with and without the helmet law in place. You observe states with more fata
podryga [215]

Answer: it's a convincing evidence of a casual link

Explanation:

It's recorded that 97% of accidents that affected bicyclist greatly were because they weren't putting on their helmet. A state ignoring putting laws to implement the enforcement of the helmet rule is proving a convincing evidence of a casual link because if the rules are enforced fatality won't be much.

Most people in ancient china were
hoa [83]

The majority of the people in Ancient China were peasant farmers. Although they were respected for the food they provided for the rest of the Chinese, they lived tough and difficult lives. The typical farmer lived in a small village of around 100 families. They worked small family farms. Although they had plows and sometimes used animals like dogs and oxen to do the work, most of the work was done by hand.

Is any modern society in a golden age?
qwelly [4]

I don't think any societies are in the Golden Age right now because of so much debt going around in the world. If you really want to consider someone in a golden age they are the super powers China probably.

China is way ahead of all the countries in terms of technology, work force and are at a golden age somehow.

From 1900-2000 the United States was in a Golden Age because the country changed so much in that time and had developed high class technology.
