The total cost for a chair, a desk, and a lamp is $562. The desk costs four times as much as the lamp and the chair costs $23 le
alexandr1967 [171]
Ok I’m giving a educated guess here so $562 divided by 3 is 187.3 then you do 187.3-23 which would be 164.3 so if I’m correct it would be 164.3 for both the chair and the lamp and 187.3 for the desk also just a heads up the .3 would be .333333.... :) I will delete if I’m wrong

g(x) = x3 + 6x2 + 12x + 8 Determine the function’s value when x = −1. g(−1) = −3 g(−1) = 0 g(−1) = 1 g(−1) = 27
yawa3891 [41]
The correct answer is that g(-1) = 1.

To do this problem, we have to plug in -1 for x and evaluate the expression.

g(-1) = x^3 + 6x^2 + 12x + 8

(-1)^3 + 6(-1)^2 + 12(-1) + 8

-1 + 6 -12 + 8
