The FITT cycle stands for:

Frequency: the number of times you perform a exercise in a workout session/week

Intensity: How hard you practice, or the amount of energy you put in a workout session. There are three levels: low, medium and high intensity workouts

Time: For how long you are performing an exercise (time duration)

Type: what kind of exercise you are performing (yoga, cardiovascular, strength training etc.)

The FITT cycle can be applied to any workout regime. It is applied by many trainers once they are planning their workout routines in order to ensure they can achieve their goals

*PLEASE HELP*
Gwar [14]

Answer:

Coronary heart disease

Explanation:

Hi, i'm not completely sure I understand the question that you are asking. If you are asking for a medical condition that affects blood flow in the heart - Coronary heart disease.

This puts an increased strain on the heart, and can lead to: angina – chest pain caused by restricted blood flow to the heart muscle, heart attacks – where the blood flow to the heart muscle is suddenly blocked., heart failure – where the heart is unable to pump blood around the body properly. Which if untreated can lead to death.

I have posted the link to the NHS website with some great info on it.

Good luck
