Bottom-up estimating technique decomposes the work into lower, more detailed pieces.

Explanation:

Bottom-up estimating is the process of the estimation of work at the lowest possible level of detail. The estimates are accumulated to get the summary totals. The probability of achieving the estimated amount can be improved by building detailed cost and time estimates for a work package.

Bottom-up estimating is the project managing tool followed by many of the firms to estimate the cost and duration of project tasks. The bottom-up estimation consumes more time.

1. Discuss the income disparity between men and women?
zubka84 [21]
Question 1: The disparity has always been that ever since women have been allowed to work, they were not viewed as capable enough to efficiently do the same jobs men can do and thus people who employed women would pay them significantly less to do the same job a man is doing. Even through all the controversy that has happened over time, many professions still pay women much less than they deserve for doing the same job.

Question 2: The relationship between professions and gender is one that is considered rarely (if at all) theorized in the sociology discipline. However, there are quite a few studies (many of them ongoing) that are attempting to set a value to what the relationship may be.

ANEK [815]

Answer:

Con: the constitution isn't specific and can in turn be used to validate improper things for example if the constitution doesn't specify and what a president show be like and states that anyone born in specific country and over the age of 36 can be president this means even criminals can be president which is a major con.

Pro: there is more diverse ideas to be heard because the constitution doesn't restrict people beliefs for example: A Muslim, Christian, atheist, agnostic, Buddhist person, etc can be president because the constitution doesn't restrict it and allows the free speech.
