Answer:

All three statements are true and examples of the benefit of abstinence.

Explanation:

The conscious decision of an individual to not participate in sexual activity and developing the skills to support that decision is called as abstinence. There are many benefits of this decision-

1. Reducing stress about STDs is a(n) benefit of abstinence- if there would be no sexual activity between teens there as less chances to get STDs.

2. Maintaining reproductive health is a(n) benefit. -Prevent STDS, prevent jock itch, prevent trauma, prevent hernias, and prevent infertility are the benefit of the abstinence.

3. Teens who are not sexually active can more easily focus on achieving long-term personal, family, and career goals.

Watching violence in movies, video games, and television shows desensitizes people to violence.
vlabodo [156]
False, I suppose. However both, essentially. It depends on the psychological state of the person. They may either be emotionally scarred and sensitive to it in the future, enjoy watching it, or not be affected by it.

Explain briefly why some people disagree with Kohlberg's theory of moral development.
Angelina_Jolie [31]
I’m not sure if this exactly answers your question, but some eyebrows are raised at his dilemmas (morality tests) because the only people tested were 10-16 year old boys that had never been in the situations that were presented to them. Overall his dilemmas could be a reason why people question his theories. Other than this reason I am not aware of another reason why people would question his stages of moral development.
