<u>Answer:</u>

<em>Several factors have to be considered while planting green roofs. </em>

<u>Explanation:</u>

<em>Green roof is a roof with vegetation growing in it. The vegetation is usually grown above a waterproof cover.</em> Many factors have to be considered while installing a green roof.

First is <em>sunlight availability</em>. While installing green roofs it has to be ensured that its location  has adequate sunlight availability. If not the plants that require less sunlight must be chosen. The roof should be <em>flat or have low inclination.</em> The maximum allowable inclination is 30 degree.

The choice of plants has to be made according to the climate of the region. <em>The dry or wet nature of the region’s weather decides the type of plants grown there.  </em>

Why is the genetic makeup of the daughter cells formed in meiosis different from the parent cell?
sineoko [7]

Mitosis creates two identical daughter cells that each contain the same number of chromosomes as their parent cell. ... These new combinations result from the exchange of DNA between paired chromosomes. Such exchange means that the gametes produced through meiosis exhibit an amazing range of genetic variation.

R-related species have a short life span and an early reproduction cycle? t or f
GREYUIT [131]

It is true that r-related species have a short life span and an early reproduction cycle. R-related species also known as  r-strategist have a short and simple life span. Due to their simple life span, their nutrient exchange rate with the environment is rapid. Unlike K-selected species, they have the ability to reproduce at a young age. They reproduce a large number of off-springs, but many of their off-springs tend to die before attainment of their reproductive age.
