Renaissance was a very important period of time. It is even still celebrated till this day. This was an art period. Lots of great pieces of art was made during this time and there are even renaissance fairs to go look at those pieces of art. Lots of human people were drawn in art with great backgrounds that really captured the moment.

Hope this helped!

In a complement-dependent cytotoxicity assay, lymphocytes were incubated in the presence of antibody of known HLA specificity. C
Alisiya [41]

Answer:

Option A, The lymphocytes express antigens specific for the antibodies in the assay

Explanation:

The options for the question are

a) The lymphocytes express antigens specific for the antibodies in the assay

b) The lymphocytes do not have antigens specific for the antibodies in the assay

c) This is not a valid method for identifying HLA agents.

Solution -

The aim of conducting this assay is to use the ability of the microlymphocytotoxicity assay (CdL)  to detect the antibodies specific to the antigens based on the complement dependent assay.

The B and T lymphocytes are tested at both warm and cold temperatures and then the result obtained is compared with  other non –complement based test results. HLA-ABC alloantibodies are weak in reactivity and specific to B cell hence they can be identified only through the CdL assay.

Hence, option A is correct

Suppose that life exists elsewhere in the universe. All life must contain some type of genetic information, but alien genomes mi
Murrr4er [49]

Answer:

The correct answer is e. the ability to replicate the genetic information accurately for the next generation

Explanation:

As there are chances of existence of life in the universe but we can not say that they will have the same type of genetic material as we have but the ability of replication of genome and the ability to pass the genetic information accurately to the next generation will be the most common feature in all genome because without genome replication and transfer life can not evolve and proceed on any planet.

Therefore replication and genetic information transfer to the next generator is necessary. So the right answer is e.
