Answer: I want to show people how to do things and I don't like to be very bossy or authoritarian. Out of all the kinds of leaderships, the one that I feel confortable with is Laissez-fair leadership which means that I let people do things and I encourage them to be free and try to find imaginative solutions.

Once I had to solve a very difficult problem that involved a lot of work and everybody was thinking  how to solve the problem. I sit on a computer and I tried to find a solution and I didn't stop for almost like two hours and then everybody started to work around me and then we started to solve the problem step by step. I guess I didn't have to say anything and the things worked out at last.

astra-53 [7]

Publishing results of research projects in peer-reviewed journals enables the scientific and medical community to evaluate the findings themselves. It also provides instructions so that other researchers can repeat the experiment or build on it to verify and confirm the results.

Perhaps one of the most important benefits of conference presentations is the ability to advocate for your science. Representing your field of interest allows researchers in other disciplines, policy-makers, and the public to become aware of the innovative research being generated in your particular subfield.

Submitting scientific research for publishing is a key way for authors to validate their work, and in the wider scheme of things to create novel solutions to complex problems through dialogue with fellow researchers.
