Sperm cells are produced in the Epididymis, to get to the urethra they must travel through the Vas deferens.
Would be same everywhere !! mechanical energy is always constant !
and it doesn't matter air is present or not....total energy is always constant !
Because it depends on the amount of humidity and perspiration produced in that area
