\frac{6}{12} = \frac{2}{c} \\ \\ \frac{1}{2} = \frac{2}{c} \ / \ simplify \\ \\ \frac{1}{2} c = 2 \ / \ multiply \ each \ side \ by \ c \\ \\ \frac{c}{2} = 2 \ / \ simplify \\ \\ c = 2 \times 2 \ / \ multiply \ each \ side \ by \ 2 \\ \\ c = 4 \ / \ simplify \\ \\

The final result is c = 4.

All you have to do here is some simplifying.

6/12 = what
6 divided by 12 = 1/2

1/2 = 2/4

There! We have our missing value

6/12 = 2/4

Answer: c = 4

What is the fornula for find arithemetic ewuation
-Dominant- [34]

Answer:

a_{n} = a_{1} + (n-1)d

a_n = the nᵗʰ term in the sequence

a_1 = the first term in the sequence

d = the common difference between terms

The general term of an arithmetic sequence can be written in terms of its first term a1, common difference d, and index n as follows: an=a1+(n−1)d. ... The nth partial sum of an arithmetic sequence can be calculated using the first and last terms as follows: Sn=n(a1+an)2.

Solve this multi step equation: 8a + 2(1 - 5a) < 20 (dash under <)
Citrus2011 [14]
Okay. Basically, a is greater than or equal to 9.
First, you do distribute the 2.
8a+2-10a(< or =)20
Subtract two on both sides.
8a-10a(< or =)18
Then subtract 10a from 8a
-2a(< or =)18
Divide by two on both sides
and switch around the greater than sign since you divided by a <span>-2
</span>a(> or =)-9
<span>And if you check, -9 works, -8 works, and -10 doesn't work.</span>

If f(x) =2X +4 and g(x) =3X-7; then find g-1(2)
Fudgin [204]

Answer:

is the question g inverse ??

i have answered for g inversed

g(x)=3x-7

y=3x-7

interchanging the value of x and y

x=3y-7

(x+7)/3=y

g-1(x)=(x+7)/3

so g-1(2)=(2+7)/3

             =9/3

             =3

therefore 3 is the answer
