Answer:

Jacquie, because the class is primarily a service

Explanation:

All the contract laws in the United States are governed either by the Common law or by the UCC or the Uniform Commercial Code.

The Uniform Commercial Code governs all the contracts transactions in the form of securities and goods including tangible objects such as purchase of vehicles, etc.

Whereas the contracts transactions that includes intangibles assets, services, real estates, insurances, etc. are all govern by the Common law.

In the context, when Tory sues Jacquie for denying the refund Tory says that this contractual transaction should come under the Uniform Commercial Code while according to Jacquie this transaction should come under the common law because Jacquie is giving teaching classes to the students which is mainly a service. So contractual transaction under service is goverened by the Common law.

Hence the answer is ---

Jacquie, because the class is primarily a service

If you are selected state how you intend to uplift the growth of our industry
Aneli [31]

Profit is a prerequisite for the success of our industry: without profit, there is no way for the company to grow sustainable, no way to offer people professional and financial growth opportunities, and no way to attract good new people to the team.

Costs must always be optimized: to make a profit, our team needs to be “paranoid” with cost optimization. Costs should be reviewed periodically and reduced whenever possible.

More Productivity: our team needs to be more productive, deliver more results in the shortest time possible, and thereby optimize your staffing costs.

More value to our customers: our business needs to deliver more value to its customers. The idea is to make our customer see more value in your products, be willing to pay more for it, and thereby increase the price and profit margin of your products.

Nicole was reasonably satisfied with her job and salary until she learned that a coworker who has less education and experience
Kryger [21]

Answer:

Equity theory

Explanation:

Equity theory refers to the fair distribution of resources between people. Equity is measured by c<u>omparing the ratio of contributions and rewards for each person and seeing if the ratio is the same</u>

When we apply this theory to a working environment, this theory means that <u>we expect that people that make the same kind of contributions to the work place have the same rewards</u> (salary, for example) and if they contribute less to the workplace (for example by having less experience) we expect them to have a less salary or rewards. <u>When this doesn't happen we lose motivation in our workplace and diminish our satisfaction. </u>

In this example <u>Nicole learned that her coworker who has less education and experience (contributions) is paid more than here (rewards), therefore she is not happy about the situation</u>. Because s<u>he would expect her coworker to earn less since she's making less contributions, t</u>he theory of motivation that would describe Nicole's reaction would be the Equity Theory.
