Of course for a rectangle A = L × W and we need to be careful about the units.

Here that's

18900 sq cm = L × 180 cm

where the area's in sq cm so we converted the width.  We get

L = 18900 / 180 =  105 cm

We're asked for the result in meters, so that's

Answer: 1.05 m

The perimeter of the outer rectangle is

18.4 m + 32.5 m + 18.4 m + 32.5 m = 101.8 m

Answer: 101.8 m

The area of the seating space is the big rectangle minus the small rectangle,

A = 18.4(32.5) - 15(28) = 178 sq m

Answer: 178 sq m
