cold but sweating, dizzy or light headed, feeling nausea, vomiting or dry heaving, pale skin color, cool to touch, rapid heart rate, or chest  pains, numbness, tingling or loss of feeling in arm, slurred speech or drooping when smiling poor grips or confusion
