It’s important because when you grow up that stuff can really affect u even tho when your young you’ll probably think that it’s ok and it’s normal but when you get older it can start to affect your health and not in a good way. You could probably experience diabetes or maybe even worse so it’s important to build a good foundation of health at a young age
