How are the sixth, seventh, and eighth amendments similar?
ra1l [238]
What ever amendment does:

1) 6th amendment- This guarantees citizens the right to a public trial, the right to a lawyer, right to have a jury of their peers, and the right to know what charges are being put against you. All of these are imperative, as it gives each citizen equal treatment in the eyes of the law.
2) 7th amendment- This guarantees a right to a civil trial in any case in which the object in question is valued at over $20. In this case, there would be a jury. This ensures that any damage to a person's property may be ruled on in court.
3) 8th amendment- This protects citizens against excessive bail. This ensures that citizens are not held for an unfair amount of money. The crime dictates how much bail should be for the individual.

Hope this helps! God bless

Transitivity (grammar), verb properties related to whether a verb can take an object directly. Transitive verbs are verbs that take objects. A grammatical case for marking the arguments of transitive verbs.

An example of a transitional law is "if a is equal to b and b is equal to c, then a is equal to c". There are relationships that have a transition law and relationships that do not. A transitive relation is a relation that holds between a and c when the permutation of objects a, b, and c holds between a and b, and between b and c.

How does Frederick Douglass view American Democracy in 1852?
zmey [24]

Answer:

Indeed, Douglass knew, as he argued so ardently in his famed 1852 July Fourth speech, that for democracy to thrive, the nation's conscience must be roused, its propriety startled and its hypocrisy exposed. Not once, but continually and for the good of the nation, he argued, we must bring the “thunder.”Feb 10, 2018

The correct answer is A moderate level of anxiety is associated with optimal performance on exams.

Anxiety is the body's natural reaction to stress. It is an emotional state characterized by feelings of tension, worry and bad thoughts. It is important to note that anxiety is not always a disease. Anxiety in its normal state is healthy for the individual, as it drives him to carry out projects, prosper and plan for the future. What is alarming is the excess of that feeling.
