Fitness refers to the physical condition of living organisms. If the organisms are fit so it can survive in that environment and increases their population by the process of reproduction but if the organisms are unfit in that environment so they remain less in numbers and with the passage of time, they are fully eliminated from that environment. The members all have seven different protein segments that cross the membrane, and they transmit signals inside the cell through a type of protein called a G protein. When its ligand is not present, a G protein-coupled receptor waits at the plasma membrane in an inactive state.
Directly counting blood cells or tissue cells by using a hemocytometer can determine the concentration of a known volume. Counting the number of colonies that arise on a pour plate can calculate the concentration by multiplying the count by the volume spread on the pour plate.
