Answer:

Explanation:

An antimicrobial agent is the agent which is capable of killing the microorganisms and they are capable of stopping their growth. The antibiotics are the specific for killing the bacteria and antifungal agents for infecting fungal colonies. To be more specific the agents which are used to kill the microbes are the microbicidal and those which can inhibit their growth are biostatic.

The antimicrobial agent come from natural sources such as plant products such as herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, seeds and leaves. These have secondary metabolites which are able to kill these microbes in the host body.

Which microscope would be MOST useful for examining the contours of the surface of a bacteria cell?. A)compound light microscope
Gala2k [10]
The correct option is C.
Scanning electron microscope is a type of microscope that uses beams of electrons that are reflected to form images to scan the surfaces of mounted biological specimens. High resolution, three dimensional images can be obtained via the reflected beam of electrons. Thus, the electron scanning microscope is the perfect microscope for examining the contours on the surface of a bacterial cell.

Suppose that after the cell below undergoes meiosis i and meiosis ii, the result is one gamete with two chromosomes, two gametes
lianna [129]
<span>The correct answer for the question is Non-disjunction. Non-disjunction occurs in cell division when chromosomes do not divide properly. It can occur during mitosis, meiosis I and meiosis II. In mitosis it occurs when sister chromatids fails to separate in Anaphase. The result is that one cell receives both chromatids, while the other receives neither. Each daughter cell then has an abnormal number of chromosomes when mitosis is complete; one cell has an extra chromosome, while the other is missing one. In anaphase of meiosis I, it happens when a pair of homologous chromosomes does not separate. In meiosis II, it happens when a pair of sister chromatids fails to separate properly during anaphase of meiosis II, one daughter cell will have an extra chromosome and one daughter cell will be missing a chromosome.</span>

DanielleElmas [232]
The endomembrane system is very important for synthesizing, processing, and movement of lipids and proteins in the cell.
The smooth ER function is mainly used for lipid synthesizing and processing, while the rough ER function is for protein synthesizing

hope this helps
