To solve this compound inequality, solve 2 < 2n + 20.
You should get -9 < n   (n > -9)

Then solve the right side of the compound inequality 2n + 20 <= 4.
You should be n<= -8

When you graph this on the number line, you put an open dot on the -9 and a closed dot on the -8 and connect the two points with a line.  That mean n is greater than -9 and less than or equal to -8.

Simple....

you have: 2\ \textless \ 2n+20 \leq 4

--->>>What you want to do is move all the terms not containing n from the center section of the interval inequality-->>>

-9\ \textless \ n \leq  -8

On the graph it starts with the circle point filled in at -8(*****) and a circle unfilled at -9(°°°°°°).

Thus, your answer.

Please help me with this question please help me I beg you
Sindrei [870]

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

f(x) = 5 / 2x - 1

f^-1( x) = ?

Let

y = f(x)

y = 5/2x - 1

Interchanging the roles of x and y we get

x = 5/2y - 1

2y - 1 = 5/x

2y = 5/x - 1

y = (5/x - 1)/ 2

f^-1(x) = ( 5/x - 1) / 2

Hope it will help :)

Which triangle defined by three points on the coordinate plane is congruent with the triangle illustrated, and why?
HACTEHA [7]
The triangle defined by three points on the coordinate plane is congruent with the triangle illustrated:

C) (4,2); (8,2); (4,8) because the corresponding pairs of sides and corresponding pairs of angles are congruent.

If we plot these points we can observe that they are congruent, we should also solve for the distance of each point between each other to conclude their congruency.
